Scope of Work
1. Handle Day-to-Day Student Queries
a. Address all queries related to academics, liaison issues, and
other student needs; assess issues and devise strategies to resolve
them.
b. Arrange orientation sessions for new students.
c. Provide support to the Registrar’s Obice in organizing the annual
convocation.
2. Arrange Student Events
a. Organize student conferences, seminars, and guest lecture
sessions.
b. Coordinate welcome and farewell dinners.
3. Manage Student Societies
o Oversee society elections and events.
4. Student Advising Program
a. Implement the Student Development Program under the Student
Advising Program.
b. Establish a Student Development Center with the following
responsibilities:
i. Facilitate academic advising by faculty.
ii. Provide counseling for psychological and emotional support.
iii. Address the needs and interests of students.
iv. Promote values and ethical development.
v. Maintain an established Grievance Handling Center
