The Center for Well-Being and Positive Psychology is dedicated to empowering individuals to lead balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling lives. We provide a welcoming and supportive space where personal growth, emotional wellness, and positive habits are nurtured. Guided by the principles of Positive Psychology, our approach goes beyond addressing mental health challenges as we focus on enhancing life’s positive dimensions. Our philosophy centers around promoting long-term, sustainable change through small, meaningful adjustments that can create lasting impact.
We believe that building strong soft skills is crucial for personal and professional growth. That's why we offer a module; Soft Skills, that consist of three dedicated courses for students looking to improve their interpersonal and professional abilities. This is mandatory module for students at IAC.
This foundational course helps students develop self-awareness and emotional intelligence, enabling them to understand and manage their emotions effectively. It also focuses on improving communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, providing essential tools for personal and academic success.
This course helps students refine essential personal attributes such as confidence, teamwork, communication, and leadership. Through interactive exercises, students enhance their interpersonal skills and build stronger relationships, preparing them to excel in both social and professional environments. The course empowers students to lead with confidence, communicate effectively, and collaborate with others to achieve success.
Aimed at preparing students for the workforce, this course focuses on enhancing career-related soft skills, including time management, goal setting, mind mapping, professionalism, and workplace communication.
At our center, we conduct personality assessments followed by individual profiling to help students understand their unique traits, strengths, and potential. Each student receives a comprehensive psychological profile that highlights their communication style, emotional patterns, and ideal learning or working environments. This process promotes self-awareness, personal growth, and informed decision-making in academic and career paths. The profiles also guide mentors and counselors in offering personalized support. All findings are shared in a confidential one-on-one session to empower students with clarity and confidence.
At our center, we are committed to mental health support. We recognize that emotional well-being is just as important as physical health, especially in today’s fast-paced, high-pressure world. Our counselors are here to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where individuals can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and concerns. They offer one-on-one sessions, group therapy, mindfulness workshops, and stress management techniques to help you build emotional resilience and cope with life's challenges.
The Personality Development Program aimed to build confidence, communication, and leadership skills among 253 scholarship students through seminars and interactive sessions. It focused on self-awareness, teamwork, and emotional well-being to support personal and academic growth.
The main goal of FDP is to deepen faculty understanding of institutional policies, teaching methods, and ethical values in education. It emphasized the integration of modern technologies in academic practices. The program also connected historical views on beauty with creativity and cultural appreciation to enrich teaching.
This program committed to fostering an individual's personal and professional growth, enhancing skills, and nurturing potential. By providing a structured path for learning and development, its objective was to empower employees, boost job satisfaction, improve job performance, and ultimately contribute to organizational success.
The Newsletter Initiative by the Center for Well-Being and Positive Psychology is a remarkable step towards fostering awareness, knowledge sharing, and community engagement. Since its inception with the first issue of Volume 1 in January 2023, the newsletter has been published monthly, consistently delivering valuable content to its readership.
English 100, a 24-week no-credit course, aimed to enhance foundational English communication skills. It covered grammar, vocabulary, and advanced speaking and writing techniques through interactive activities. The course emphasized listening, speaking, reading, and writing to equip students with effective communication tools for academic and everyday use.
IAC organizes a 4-week annual summer camp featuring technical, artistic, and soft skills sessions. A key highlight is the Personality Transformation course, which fosters self-awareness, leadership, and life skills. The camp offers diverse, interactive learning experiences aligned with academic and professional growth. Furthermore, the RUBIKA Summer Camp included portfolio review sessions, student interviews, and a thorough screening process managed by the Well-Being Center. French language classes were conducted with regular progress monitoring. Final student selection involved document verification and coordination with HR for official approval.
This two-month program empowered students with technical expertise and essential soft skills. It emphasized confidence building, problem-solving, decision-making, professional behavior, and communication to prepare students for competitive job markets.
This initiative focuses on enhancing participants' soft skills alongside technical expertise, ensuring they are well-prepared for professional environments. This dual-focus approach bridges the gap between technical proficiency and the interpersonal skills required for workplace success.
The Vision 1+3 Program is an innovative educational initiative designed to equip students with both essential soft and technical skills, ensuring their employability upon completing the first year of their degree program. The unique structure of the program allows students to begin working after their first year while continuing their degree studies part-time from the second year onward.
