BIOGRAPHY

Engr. Muhammad Arshad has 43 years of experience as a professional engineer in Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He received his B.Sc. (CIVIL) from UET, LAHORE in 1980 and a Master of Civil Engineering from MISSISSIPPI STATE UNIVERSITY, USA in 1986. He earned a Master of Architecture from UET, LAHORE in 2009. He served WAPDA for 29 years as a planner, construction documentation, designer, safety engineer, and managing the estimation and preparation of tender documents for different infrastructures. He dealt with building structures, hydraulic structures, bridges, Dams, overhead and underground water tanks, and all kinds of infrastructures related to transmission lines. He was a civil engineer in KSA and worked with the consultant on the Riyadh-Dammam expressway. During his career, he worked as a private consultant for different industries like Berger Pakistan, Sialkot International Airport, and many industries at Sialkot. He worked as an Assistant professor in the Civil Engineering department at UCP, LAHORE for six years. He joined as an Assistant Professor at IAC, Lahore.
