I am Shakeel Ahmed with 40 years of professional experience in planning, preparing and managing result-based multisector infrastructure development projects in Asia, Middle East, and Africa.
Over 24 years of experience of working with the Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs)- Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) – with several exceptional performance awards earned for resolving core water and wastewater management issues and multisector portfolio management by turning around water-scarce urban/rural areas and slow-moving problem projects into successful ventures in several countries


Colorado State University, Colorado, USA, Gold medalist with GPA 4 in PhD.
Leading the Punjab Aab-e-Pak Authority as Chairman Governing Body, he launched over 1,000 projects within a year in all 36 districts of Punjab which are nearing completion.
Introduced an outstanding approach to the Government of Pakistan in establishing an account (Roshan Digital) to improve foreign currency reserves, which has successfully generated over $4 billion so far without any conditionalities.
