Asst. Prof. Ar. Umer Zia graduated in Architecture from the National College of Arts and received his M.Sc. in Construction Management from the City University London, UK. He started his professional career as an assistant architect with famous architectural firms in Pakistan. He has eighteen years of experience in the professional field. He has travelled widely and worked on the Mega Project internationally. His interest is in the use of advanced management tools in project design and construction. More recently he taught and instructed thesis students at the School of Architecture, University of Lahore. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor, at the School of Architecture, Design & Urbanism (SADU), Institute for Arts & Culture, Lahore.
